For over 10 years, the Community Services Department of The Cesar Chavez Foundation has brought critical social services to the tenants of its multi-family developments. Over the last few years, we have surveyed our tenants and conducted research to identify the best ways to serve tenants, ultimately leading to the creation of programs that address the specific needs and demographics of these communities. As a result, we have developed a program to be replicated throughout all our affordable multi-family housing complexes - The Si Se Puede Learning Center; an on-site community center that operates after-school and summer programs for youth and teens residing on each property.

The Mission of the Si Se Puede Learning Center Program is to offer youths, teens, and families the opportunities to empower themselves to learn, achieve, and grow. It is the commitment of the program to provide quality services that emphasize education, leadership, and life skill throughout every Cesar Chavez Foundation affordable housing community.
