Early Submission Deadline is December 16, 2011. Regular Submission Deadline is April 9, 2012. For Applications received by April 9, 2012, offers to participate in the Cesar E. The Cesar Chavez Fellowship Application

Complete applications will consist of the following:

• Completed application form
• Personal statement
• Three sealed letters of recommendation with at least one from a University/College faculty member
• Resume
• Photograph of yourself

Please ensure all items are submitted together. Only completed applications will be reviewed. Once applications are received, the staff will review them and offer first-round interviews to qualified applicants. Offers to participate in the Cesar E. Chavez Fellowship will be made by mid-May 2012.
